Founder & Executive Director

Mrs. Iquo Dawodu has BA (Ed) as a first degree and Masters degree in Public Administration(MPA) all from the University of Calabar, in Nigeria - West Africa with Professional postgraduate diploma in Social Work.

She is a licensed and senior member of the Chartered lnstitute of Social Work Practitioners of Nigeria. She has a professional certification from the International Society of Substance Use Prevention Professionals.

She is the founder of The D-Ruby Nig. Ltd, an educational consultancy committed to raising academic standards and instilling strong moral values in children and youth. Beyond education, Mrs. Dawodu actively contributes to welfare initiatives, promoting capacity building, youth development, and social support systems that empower individuals to thrive.

She is a certified Marriage and pre-marital Counsellor, who is building families and homes, as well as transforming lives through counselling. She transitioned into a Direct Educational Consultancy with D-Ruby Consult, a Subsidiary of D-Ruby Nigeria Limited.

Iquo Dawodu is the Founder and CEO of Song International Care Foundation.

She is also a business owner, a Clergy, a Wife and a Mother.

Mr.Effiong Essang

Mr. Effiong Essang

Co-Founder & Program Director

M.Sc. Architecture

Mr. Effiong Essang is a seasoned architect with over three decades of experience in archtectural design, project management and consultancy. He holds both a B.Sc. (hons) and M.Sc in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife. He is a registered member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.

His professional journey began with Shelter Designs Partnership and continued at contemporary Designs Associates where he rose to the position of Associate Partner. In 1996, he cofounded 3E consultants and have since held leadership roles in various firms including Principle partner and Platonica Architects Executive Director at Temples and Bascillicas Limited an architectural and engineerib firm he helped establish in 2000.

Over the years, Mr. Essang has successfully led and delivered many projects accross Nigeria as well as in parts of Asia and Southern Africa. His areas of expertise include architectual design, Construction implementation, turn key contract administration and consultancy for both private and public sector clients. Mr. Effiong Essang is one of the Incorporated Trustees of Song International Care Foundation.

Idoreyin Nzeh is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and strategist with a Higher National Diploma in Art from Yaba College of Technology, earned in 1998. With extensive training in leadership and entrepreneurship, she has become a driving force in Nigeria’s creative and business landscape.

Idoreyin’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident early in her career. Drawing on her background in art, she transformed her creativity into successful business ventures. In 2012, she founded Arziki Media Nigeria Ltd., which has grown into one of Nigeria’s leading branding and marketing firms. Through the company, she has delivered innovative branding and marketing solutions to major organizations, including Standard Chartered Bank, Fidson Healthcare Plc, Airtel, and Leadway Assurance.

Beyond Arziki Media, Idoreyin has expanded her entrepreneurial footprint by establishing Fibi Foods, a food-focused venture, and Veecraft Ventures, a business specializing in functional furniture and home décor. These enterprises reflect her versatility and passion for building impactful businesses across different industries.

Her contributions to entrepreneurship and leadership have earned her several prestigious recognitions. She was twice nominated for the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) by the United States Consulate in 2019 and 2024, recognizing her outstanding entrepreneurial achievements. In 2024, she was selected as an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) by the United States Department of State in recognition of her leadership potential. She was also nominated for the Digital Transformation Programme by the European Union and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in both 2024 and 2025.

In addition to her entrepreneurial accomplishments, Idoreyin is an accomplished artist who has participated in more than ten art exhibitions and has successfully curated and anchored nine exhibitions featuring various artists. She is also an author of inspirational books, including A Flight to Greatness and Quotes on My Nigeria: Greatness Series, among other publications.

As an interviewer and storyteller, Idoreyin has documented the journeys of distinguished Nigerians by interviewing icons such as Wole Soyinka, Fola Adeola, Richard Mofe-Damijo, and the late Dora Akunyili, sharing their stories of excellence and national impact.

Idoreyin is married and blessed with three children, who continue to support her vision of empowering others. She is passionate about inspiring individuals, particularly women, to pursue entrepreneurship, achieve their full potential, and create lasting impact within their communities. Through her work, businesses, and initiatives, she remains committed to leaving a positive legacy.
